Jon M. Herskowitz joined his father as a partner in The Herskowitz Law Firm in 1994. Prior to that time, he was a prosecutor at the State Attorney’s Office for five years. Jon graduated from the University of Georgia and earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1989 from Emory University School of Law. Jon has been recognized as a Master Professor for trial advocacy with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy since 1995, received a diploma in Advanced Advocacy Skills from Harvard Law School, and compiled, wrote, and published a thirty-two-page “Trial Notebook” for use at trial for offices of the State Attorney throughout the State of Florida. He has tried in excess of 100 jury trials
Jon has been chosen by his peers as one of Florida’s Legal Elite and a Super Lawyer for the State of Florida.
