Jack L. Herskowitz (Of Counsel) was the founding member of the Herskowitz Law Firm and is now of counsel with Baron & Herskowitz while still handling significant cases for individuals damaged or injured. Jack got his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and is a cum laude graduate of the University of Miami Law School where he was a member of Law Review. Jack is a member of the Florida Bar and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. He is a board certified trial attorney, who has practiced law in Miami, Florida, for more than 35 years. Jack has handled many Plaintiff’s injury and death cases through the years and has obtained large verdicts and settlements for his clients.
