David F. Baron has been admitted to practice in Florida and New York since 1980. David graduated in 1979 with honors from the University of Miami School of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree in history from Lafayette College. While in law school he was the Editor of The Slip Sheet and Vice Chairman of the Moot Court Board. He was awarded the Roger Sorino Award and was an instructor in the first advance moot court course at the law school.

After working as an attorney in New York City David returned to Miami and began practicing as a plaintiff’s personal injury lawyer. He has tried in excess of 100 jury trials and is A.V. rated by Martindale Hubbell. David has been chosen by his peers as one of Florida’s Legal Elite and a Super Lawyer for the State of Florida. These are annual listings of lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. He has obtained numerous large personal injury and medical malpractice verdicts and settlements. David teaches lawyers often at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. He has also served on the Executive Board at Temple Beth Am for many years and is currently a member of the Junior Orange Bowl basketball committee.
